Laith Electro Mechanical (LEM) proudly celebrated World Safety Day 2026 across all project locations and the head office under the theme “An Initiative for Global Workplace Wellness.” The event highlighted the company’s strong commitment to workplace safety, employee well-being, and creating a secure working environment for every team member.
The celebration was conducted across major LEM project locations, including Project Pilot Ajman, Al Rahbah Project, Al Deem Project, TIP & AUH, and the Head Office. The program brought together management, engineers, supervisors, and workers to reinforce the importance of safety culture in everyday operations.
The event began with a Safety Stand Down Meeting, where management addressed employees about the importance of maintaining safe work practices on-site. Key speakers, including Mr. Fenstin Francis (General Manager), Mr. Anup Kumar (Project Director), and Mr. Allen Sebastian (HSE Manager), shared valuable insights on workplace safety, risk prevention, and employee responsibility.

LEM also honored employees who demonstrated exceptional commitment to maintaining safety standards through the Monthly Safety Award – Best Performer recognition. This appreciation reflects the company’s dedication to encouraging a proactive safety culture across all departments.
To make the celebration more memorable, LEM arranged sweets, refreshments, and cake-cutting ceremonies for employees at project sites and the head office. The event created a positive atmosphere where teams came together to celebrate unity, appreciation, and shared responsibility toward workplace safety.
